Landlord Fees:

Let only: 7% + vat (8.4% inc VAT)

A one off administration set up fee will be charged at £300 + VAT (£360 inc VAT) for all new properties listed with Charles Richardson Ltd.

Tenant Fees:

Default fee under the term of the tenancy:
Late payment of rent (outstanding for 14days or more) will be charged at a daily minimum of 3% APR plus Bank of England Base Rate. (currently at 0.75%)

Lost key or locked out - £60 inc VAT. If a locksmith is required you will be responsible for paying the locksmiths costs and any associated costs such as repairs to the door as required.

Change of Tenancy agreement - £50 inc VAT

All Tenant fees paid to Charles Richardson Ltd to hold a property will be non-refundable. If the tenant fails referencing, all fees paid to hold the property will be non-refundable.
If the landlord decides to not rent the flat through us and you have paid to hold the property, we will refund the amount paid to hold that property.
